Charissa Frank is CEO and President of FMG, bringing over 25 years of experience leading complex transportation and infrastructure programs. She is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and growth, driving a culture centered on collaboration, performance, and accountability.

 

Known for transforming traditional business practices, Ms. Frank leads with authenticity, integrity, and accountability—advancing transparent, principled approaches to project delivery. Under her leadership, FMG has evolved into a modern, purpose-driven organization focused on delivering value to clients and communities.

 

She also serves as Co-Chair of the California High-Speed Rail Small Business Advisory Council Professional Development Committee and is a recipient of the Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award from WTS San Francisco Bay Area.
